The skid-mounted hydrogen compression refueling device consolidates control components on a container base, forming a mobile hydrogenation station for specific process and control needs. The container hydrogenation unit includes modules for gas unloading (from long tube trailers), compression, hydrogenation, sequence control, safety control, and the container body. It uses outsourced hydrogen, transferring and compressing it from trailers to store in external cylinders or supply through the sequence control module. This module manages hierarchical hydrogenation by coordinating outlet pressure for efficiency.

The unloading module has two channels for peak times and includes a nitrogen purge system for cleaning pipes and supplying instrument air.

The control system integrates data acquisition and upper computer systems to monitor the production process.
